hiPSC and organoid technologies represent novel powerful tools to establish advanced human cellular model systems for basic and translational research. The aim of the Z-Project is to make these highly specialised methods, ranging from generation of hiPSC-derived differentiated cells and organoids to analysis by single cell sequencing and high content imaging followed by bioinformatics analysis, available to the projects of the CRC. This will enable obtaining better insight into the local control of TH action in translationally relevant human model systems.
